- Carolina Hurricanes fans already know that they’ve got a young stud on their roster in Andrei Svechnikov, but last week the 19-year-old showed the rest of the league some of the things he’s capable of doing as he pulled off a beautiful lacrosse-style goal in Carolina’s 2-1 victory over the Calgary Flames.
- During Wednesday’s practice the youngster turned into a teacher as he spent some time trying to teach Warren Foegele and Martin Necas his tricks.
- Not everyone can master the trick, and very few people can actually pull it off in a game. But, who knows, when you’ve got Andrei Svechnikov teaching you anything is possible.
